圆柱壳的屈曲一直被视为不利的现象,但对主动、可控式结构发展的关注,为这种非稳定性能的利用带来了新机遇。按照后屈曲机制,给出了轴向压缩作用下层压复合圆柱壳弹性响应的修正和控制方法。对以下3种方法进行了探讨:1)材料采用不同铺层方向和堆叠顺序;2)引入材料的刚度分布;3)提供内部侧向约束。试验数据和数值计算结果表明,后屈曲响应阶段,失稳模态的静态和动态响应能够被修正和调整。
Buckling of cylindrical shells has always been regarded as a disadvantage, but the concern with the development of active and controllable structures offers new opportunities for the use of such unstable properties. According to the post-buckling mechanism, the correction and control method for the elastic response of the laminated composite cylindrical shell under axial compression is given. The following three approaches were explored: 1) different layup directions and stacking order of materials; 2) stiffness distribution of material introduced; and 3) internal lateral restraint. The experimental data and numerical results show that the static and dynamic response of the instability mode can be corrected and adjusted in the post-buckling response phase.
