企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟并立于不败之地,关键在于企业确立科学、正确的经营发展战略。而科学、正确的决策依赖于快速、真实、准确的信息。因此,作为企业决策的科学依据竞争情报是增强企业竞争力的前提和必要条件。 一、竞争情报的地位及特征 竞争情报是80年代兴起的新概念,其产生应该说是国际经济竞争加剧的必然结果。因此,竞争情报作为国际经济竞争的产物受到世界各国政府及实业界的高度重视。欧、亚、美等一些经济发达国家纷纷建立了国家级或世界性的竞争情报组织或机构,至于各国企业内部开展竞争情报活动则更为普遍与规范。我国于1994年成立了“中国科技情报学会竞争情报分会”,并开展了多次学术交流活动。

Therefore, as a product of international economic competition, competitive intelligence is highly valued by governments and businesses all over the world. Some economically developed countries such as Europe, Asia and the United States have set up state-level or world-wide competitive intelligence organizations or agencies in succession. As for the activities of competitive intelligence within enterprises in various countries, they are more prevalent and regulated. China established “China Scientific and Technical Intelligence Society Competitive Intelligence Branch” in 1994 and carried out many academic exchange activities.
