利用XRD、OM、TEM及显微硬度测试等方法,研究了经表面机械研磨处理(SMAT)Zr-4合金在不同温度退火后组织和性能的变化。结果表明:当退火温度低于350℃时,梯度结构的变形组织与表层晶粒尺寸均未发生明显的变化,最表层显微硬度未变且沿层深方向的硬度分布与SMAT态一致;而当退火温度高于350℃时,随着温度的升高,表层组织发生了再结晶,晶粒尺寸增至3μm,晶粒长大及微观应力的释放使试样表层硬度明显下降。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of SMAT Zr-4 alloy annealed at different temperatures were investigated by XRD, OM, TEM and microhardness tests. The results show that when the annealing temperature is lower than 350 ℃, the grain size of the deformed structure and the surface layer of the gradient structure do not change obviously. The hardness of the surface layer is the same and the hardness distribution along the depth is the same as that of SMAT. When the annealing temperature is higher than 350 ℃, the surface recrystallization occurs with the increase of temperature, and the grain size increases to 3μm. The grain growth and the release of microscopic stress decrease the hardness of the sample surface obviously.
