针对新建高大平房仓在使用中所出现的隔热、气密性差的现象,采用隔热涂料、高强度绝热板、 PEF隔热板、新型保温通风口、积热排除软管等材料对墙体、仓顶、门窗、通风道口等处进行了综合隔热气密改造。应用效果表明经改造后增加了仓房气密性,提高了仓房整体储粮性能,试验仓从改造前的54s,综合隔热改造后增加到65s;试验仓在常规储存下常年使最高粮温控制在22℃以下,各层平均粮温控制在19℃以下,达到了准低温储粮;粮食温度得到了有效的控制,抑制了储粮害虫的发生,试验仓在试验阶段没有进行化学药剂熏蒸处理;试验仓粮食品质各项指标均优于对照仓,储粮品质陈化速度远远低于对照仓;在准低温条件下储藏,达到了水分基本不散失。
Aiming at the phenomenon of the heat insulation and the airtightness appearing in use of the new tall warehouse, the heat insulation, high strength insulation board, PEF insulation board, new insulation vents, , Warehouse roof, windows and doors, ventilation ducts and other offices conducted a comprehensive insulation and airtight transformation. The application results showed that the air tightness of warehouse was increased and the overall grain storage performance of warehouse was improved. The test warehouse increased from 54s before reformation to 65s after integrated heat insulation and reformation; Under the temperature below 22 ℃, the average grain temperature of each layer was controlled below 19 ℃, reaching the quasi-low temperature grain storage; grain temperature was effectively controlled and the occurrence of stored grain pests was restrained. No chemical fumigation treatment was conducted in the experimental storage . The indexes of food quality in the experimental warehouse were all better than those in the control warehouse. The quality of stored grain was far lower than that of the control warehouse. Under the condition of quasi-low-temperature storage, the moisture content basically did not disappear.
