The behavior of Tibetan drugs and related factors in 230 inpatients with psychosis were analyzed. The results showed that the behavior of Tibetan medicine had nothing to do with gender, education level, and disease type (P>0.05), but related to age, understanding of disease, attitude to medication. Patients under 30 years of age were more likely to have Tibetan medicine than those aged over 30 (P<0.01); patients who denied the disease had a significantly higher Tibetan drug behavior than those who admitted to the disease (P<0.01); passive patients were more active than others. Tibetan medicine behavior was significantly higher (P<0.01). It is suggested that close observation and care should be given to newly admitted patients who are young and passively taking medications.
