一、优化教育目标,找准教育起点 从目前部队开展四个教育的情况看,一些单位之所以出现教育针对性不强、脱离官兵思想实际、教育效果差的现象,一个深层原因,就是教育的起点不准、目标不当。有的把各次教育的具体目标混同于四个教育的根本目标;有的虽确立了具体的教育目标,但对目标设置考虑不周,细化不够,大而化之,导致教育者在实施教育过程中,仍然心中无数、没有方寸;还有的在确立教育目标时,常常忽视对教育对象的思想和接受能力的分析,从而造成教育目标过高或过低。确立科学的教育目标,最根本的是各级教育者要进一步提高对四个教育的重要地位、作用的认识,切实端正教育的指导思想,真正把着眼点放在解决官兵现实存在的思想 I.
