目的探讨高频超声在颈椎椎管内及臂丛神经肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法应用高频超声诊断椎管内和臂丛神经根部发出的神经鞘瘤,并与手术结果进行比较。结果 18例颈部肿瘤位于颈部间隙10例,椎旁间隙肿瘤8例。10例臂丛神经根部发出神经鞘瘤,超声显示椎间孔外呈瘤样改变,并向神经干延伸,内为束状实性回声,有血流信号;8例椎旁间隙颈丛神经C2~C4发出椎管或椎间孔内神经鞘瘤,超声显示椎间孔扩大,椎管或椎间孔内病变呈实性或混合性,由内向外生长,内有血流信号。结论高频超声检查颈椎椎管内及臂丛神经肿瘤,可以清晰地显示颈部肿瘤与邻近血管、椎间孔和椎管的关系。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical spinal canal and brachial plexus tumors. Methods The schwannoma in the spinal canal and brachial plexus roots was diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound and compared with the surgical results. Results 18 cases of cervical cancer located in the neck space in 10 cases, 8 cases of paravertebral space tumor. 10 cases of brachial plexus nerve root schwannoma, ultrasound showed foramen-like changes outside the foramen, and extending to the nerve stem, within the bundle-like echogenic, blood flow signals; 8 cases of paravertebral space cervical plexus C2 ~ C4 issued spinal canal or foraminal nerve schwannoma, foramen magnified ultrasound, spinal canal or intervertebral foramen were solid or mixed, from the inside out, there are blood flow signals. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound examination of the cervical spinal canal and brachial plexus tumors can clearly show the relationship between cervical neoplasms and adjacent blood vessels, foramen and spinal canal.
