Translation is a cross-cultural, cross-cultural dialogue. The translator’s role is to help the original author and the target audience to communicate with each other and reach the expected goal of the dialogue during the dialogue involving three individuals. Therefore, the key to translation lies in the construction of an appropriate dialogue environment for the target audience and the unfamiliar primitive “the other ”. Taking the translating practice of translating “Isaiah Berlin Epistles” (Vol.1: 1928-1946) as an example, the author constructs the basis of dialogues by grasping the general tone, overcoming the limitations of the audience, paying attention to the expectations of the audience, and carefully designing the discourse , To effectively improve the lack of several aspects, to explore how to effectively build a translator audience and the original language “Other ” dialogue environment.
