利用电化学渗透法,测得Fe,Fe-C,Fe-V,Fe-Ti不同合金在不同温度下的氢渗透曲线由此求得这些合金的表观扩散系数和表观扩散激活能,得到合金元素与氢相互作用的关系。由氢扩散曲线形貌上的差异以及同一合金一次和多次扩散过程曲线形貌上的差异,得知合金元素是氢的陷阱,且不同合金的可逆和不可逆氧陷阱对氢扩散过程有不同的影响。
The hydrogen permeation curves of different alloys of Fe, Fe-C, Fe-V and Fe-Ti at different temperatures were measured by electrochemical permeation method, and the apparent diffusion coefficient and apparent diffusion activation energy of these alloys were obtained. Relationship between alloying elements and hydrogen. From the difference of hydrogen diffusion curve topography and the difference of the curve of the first and the same diffusion process of the same alloy, we know that alloying elements are hydrogen traps, and reversible and irreversible oxygen traps of different alloys have different hydrogen diffusion processes influences.
