新疆地域广阔、路网密度稀疏、四季分明,公路技术等级较低,道路多沿天山两侧盆地边缘绿洲分布,地质灾害种类和发生频率较高。本文分析了新疆公路信息管理与服务应用的现状,以乌鲁木齐至奎屯高速公路为例,考虑到沿线外场监控设备较少的情况,提出了一种通过人工和设备两种信息采集模式进形信息采集,整合合发布的公路交通信息管理与服务机制。通过此机制可即可对外满足人民群众安全和便捷出行的信息需要,又可对内实现合理生产调度和高效应急指挥。
Xinjiang has a vast area with sparsely populated road network, four seasons, and a low level of road technology. Most of the roads are distributed along the edge oases on both sides of the Tianshan Mountains, and the types and frequency of geological disasters are high. This paper analyzes the present situation of highway information management and service application in Xinjiang. Taking Urumqi-Kuitun Expressway as an example, taking into account the situation of less monitoring equipment in the field along the line, this paper presents a method of information collection , Integrated with the release of road traffic information management and service mechanism. Through this mechanism, we can meet the information needs of people’s safety and convenient travel externally, and realize reasonable production scheduling and efficient emergency command within.
