采用自制的 T- 1EMS电化学调制光谱仪研究了γ- Mn O2 膜电极在 1mol· L- 1 NH4Cl溶液中的电化学调制光谱 (EMRS)特性 .实验结果表明γ- Mn O2 膜电极的 EMRS有明锐的Franz- Keldysh振荡峰 ,显示了其半导体特性 .根据 Aspnes的“三点法”,由谱图计算出了γ-Mn O2 的禁带宽度 ;并根据γ- Mn O2 膜电极的 EMRS随直流偏置电位的变化 ,确定出其在 1mol·L- 1 NH4Cl溶液中的平带电位值 .这些参数为研究 γ- Mn O2 电极的半导体性质和界面结构提供了重要信息
The electrochemical modulation spectroscopy (EMRS) characteristics of γ-Mn O2 membrane electrode in 1 mol·L-1 NH4Cl solution were investigated by a homemade T-1EMS electrochemical spectrometer.The experimental results show that the EMRS of γ-Mn O2 membrane electrode has a sharp Of the Franz-Keldysh oscillation peak, showing the semiconductor properties.According to Aspnes “three-point method” from the spectrum calculated γ-Mn O2 bandgap; and according to the γ-MnO2 membrane electrode EMRS with DC bias Potential changes, and determine their flat potential values in 1mol·L-1 NH4Cl solution.These parameters provide important information for studying the semiconducting properties and interfacial structure of the γ-MnO2 electrode
