介绍了高纯铝提纯方法的发展现状,详细介绍了偏析法提纯原理。试验中通过控制温度和拉晶速度两影响因素对上引法制备高纯铝的工艺进行了探索性研究,同时对试验中遇到的问题提出了解决方案。试验结果表明:在温度较低(高于铝熔点)并且拉晶速度较慢时,提纯效果良好,并得出了较好的试验工艺参数。
The development of high purity aluminum purification method is introduced, and the principle of segregation purification is introduced in detail. In this experiment, the influencing factors of temperature control and crystal pulling speed were explored on the process of preparation of high purity aluminum by the above method, and the solutions to the problems encountered in the experiment were put forward. The experimental results show that when the temperature is lower (higher than the melting point of aluminum) and the crystal pulling speed is slower, the purification effect is good, and the better experimental process parameters are obtained.
