现代社会建设工程数量的增多使得人们对于勘察设计工作给予了高度重视,这也是勘察设计企业市场价值的主要体现。从实际运行情况看,勘察设计企业在工作中对项目财务管理问题的处理还存在诸多缺陷。考虑到勘察设计是影响工程效益、质量、安全等多个因素的重要环节,其对于企业发展有着重要意义。本文重点分析了勘察企业项目财务管理存在的主要问题,并结合市场情况提出了财务管理的合理措施。
The increase in the number of construction projects in modern society has given people great importance in the investigation and design work, which is also the main manifestation of the market value of survey and design enterprises. From the actual operation of the situation, survey and design enterprises in the work of the project financial management problems there are still many shortcomings. Considering that survey and design is an important link that affects many factors such as project benefits, quality and safety, it is of great significance to the development of an enterprise. This paper analyzes the main problems in the project financial management of the survey enterprises and puts forward reasonable measures of financial management based on the market conditions.
