目前,黑龙江省尚志市水稻面积已达4.27万hm2,近几年,随着水稻智能浸种催芽基地的建成和育苗小区数量的增加,黑龙江省尚志市水稻生产大棚育秧面积占水稻总面积的80.00%左右,为2014年水稻大面积丰收奠定了基础。研究摸索水稻育苗大棚的综合利用技术,不但可以实现水稻育秧大棚的综合效益,也是实现农民增收的有效途径;同时,水稻育苗大棚综合利用后,避免了大棚闲置和资源浪费,提高了土地利用率,降低了生产成本,具有资金周转周期短,回收快,效益高的特点。
