灵性资本是关于信仰和创业创新源动力方面的资本,属于近年来企业管理研究前沿问题。以高新技术企业为研究对象,研究高管灵性资本对员工创造力的作用机制。研究表明:高新技术企业的高管灵性资本中人生观、使命感和核心价值观3个维度对员工创造力均具有正向预测作用,组织创新氛围在两者之间起部分中介作用。
Spiritual capital is a capital in terms of the source of belief and entrepreneurial innovation. It belongs to the forefront of business management research in recent years. Taking high-tech enterprises as the research object, this paper studies the mechanism of the executives’ spiritual capital on employee’s creativity. The results show that the three dimensions of outlook on life, mission and core values of the senior managers’ spiritual capital in high-tech enterprises have a positive effect on employee creativity, and the organizational innovation atmosphere plays a part of intermediary role between the two.
