现代企业经营管理要求我们在保证资金安全的基础上,进一步深化资金管理理念,充分关注资金运转的整个流程,保证资金在企业整体框架内有效运转,达到资金使用的高效率和高效益。资金集中管理成为航运企业集团财务管理的重要内容和职责。本文针对航运企业集团的特点,从资金集中管理的角度,阐述了资金集中管理在航运企业集团中的应用。实施资金集中管理,可以有效地达到调剂资金余缺、控制债务风险、加强财务监督、降低财务费用的目的。航运企业集团以行政命令和市场机制相结合的管理机制,建立资金集中管理的组织机构,统一银行开户,依托银行的结算网络,建设完善的信息系统,根据企业的特点和实际情况,选择适当的资金集中管理模式,搭建集团内部的资金集中管理平台,防范资金风险。
