记者日前获悉,为扩大马铃薯脱毒种薯生产规模、改进微型薯(原原种)生产技术、创新良种扩繁机制,甘肃省庄浪县首次成功引进了马铃薯微型薯(原原种)“雾培法”生产技术。据介绍,该生产技术就是将一定配比的营养液适时、适量喷于马铃薯植株根际,使马铃薯植株得到充分的水分和养分,从而促进马铃薯微型薯的生长。马铃薯微型薯雾培生产技术平均单株结薯数达30-50粒,最高可达到100粒以上,是传统基质栽培的20倍以上,而且生产自动化程度高,大大降低了生产成本。庄浪县是甘肃马铃薯生产的传统大县。近年来,庄浪县围绕建成“甘肃东部最大的脱毒种薯繁 Recently, the reporter learned that in order to expand the scale of virus-free potato seed production, improve the production technology of miniature potato (original seed) and breed the propagation mechanism of improved seed, Zhuanglang County in Gansu Province successfully introduced the potato miniature potato (original seed) for the first time.
