本文以催化动力学分析方法研究了锰(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化水杨醛肟的反应,确定了催化光度法测定锰的最佳条件。本方法测定灵敏度为1.22×10~(-11)g/ml。本方法已用于多种类型的样品中锰的测定变异系数1.21~2.29%。
In this paper, the catalytic kinetic analysis of manganese (Ⅱ) catalytic hydrogen peroxide oxidation of salicylaldehyde oxime reaction was determined by catalytic spectrophotometry to determine the best conditions for manganese. The sensitivity of this method is 1.22 × 10 ~ (-11) g / ml. The method has been applied to the determination of manganese in many types of samples with a coefficient of variation of 1.21-2.29%.
