Vocational education is a model of training skilled and practical personnel. Developed countries in the world, especially some big manufacturing countries, attach great importance to vocational education. With the further development of new industrialization, informationization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, vocational education in our country has entered a new period of development. The Third Plenary Session of the 11th Session of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region clearly proposed that Ningxia should be built into a highland for vocational education in the western part of the country, pointing out the direction for promoting the reform and development of vocational education in the region.
