知识进化是组织对自有知识存量进行评估与创造加工,不断增强知识活性以满足组织知识应用和创新需要的动态过程,知识动员则是提升知识进化效能、缩减知识进化周期的有效手段。以高技术企业为例,构建以知识动员为自变量、知识进化为因变量、知识基为中介变量和知识隐匿为调节变量的分析框架,探究知识动员对知识进化的影响路径。实证结果表明,知识动员对知识进化产生正向影响,知识隐匿在知识动员与知识进化之间起部分负向中介作用,知识基对知识动员及知识进化的关系均有调节作用,即强知识基企业较弱知识基企业更容易取得知识动员的效果、化解知识隐匿对于知识进化的负面影响。
Knowledge evolution is a dynamic process in which an organization evaluates and creates and processes its own stock of stock and continuously enhances its activity to meet the needs of organizational knowledge and innovation. Knowledge mobilization is an effective way to enhance the efficiency of knowledge evolution and reduce the evolutionary cycle of knowledge. Taking high-tech enterprises as an example, this paper constructs an analytical framework that takes knowledge mobilization as independent variable, knowledge evolution as dependent variable, knowledge base as mediator variable, and knowledge cloaking as mediation variables to explore the path of knowledge mobilization to knowledge evolution. The empirical results show that knowledge mobilization has a positive impact on knowledge evolution, knowledge hiding plays a partially negative intermediary role between knowledge mobilization and knowledge evolution, knowledge base mobilization and knowledge evolution have a regulatory role, that is, strong knowledge base The enterprises with weaker knowledge base can obtain the effect of knowledge mobilization more easily and the negative influence of knowledge hiding on knowledge evolution can be solved.
