目的　寻求软包装生产中检测细菌内毒素用检品的最佳取样点。方法　以细菌内毒素反应为指标 ,比较灭菌器内不同部位灭菌效果。结果　软包装灭菌器内不同部位灭菌效果存在较大差异。结论　应取灭菌架底部第三层中间样品送检测细菌内毒素 Objective To seek the best sampling point for the detection of bacterial endotoxin in the production of flexible packaging. Methods Bacterial endotoxin response as an indicator to compare the sterilizing effect of different parts of the sterilizer. Results There were significant differences in sterilization effects in different parts of the soft pack sterilizer. Conclusion The third intermediate sample at the bottom of sterilizing rack should be taken for detection of bacterial endotoxin
