目的:建立金荞麦药材和饮片中原花色素类物质的含量测定方法。方法:采用香草醛盐酸显色法,通过比色法对金荞麦药材和饮片中的原花色素类物质进行含量测定。结果:11批药材除1批逸出值外,其余10批的平均含量(以干品计)为9.58%;12批饮片除3批逸出值外,其余9批的平均含量(以干品计)为6.02%。结论:所建方法稳定可靠,简单易行。最终以总平均含量的50%,即5.0%作为金荞麦药材中原花色素类成分的最低限量纳入质量标准(草案)正文含量测定项下;以总平均含量的70%,即4.0%作为金荞麦饮片中原花色素类成分的最低限量纳入质量标准(草案)正文含量测定项下。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the contents of proanthocyanidins in Jin buckwheat medicinal materials and Pieces. Methods: Vanillin hydrochloride colorimetric method was used to determine the content of proanthocyanidins in the buckwheat herbs and Pieces by colorimetry.
