旅游业在世界范围内的快速发展要求旅游企业重视对内部公共关系的建设。搞好内部公共关系应从分析企业内部员工关系入手,明确目标,运用适当的方法。本文就企业内部公共关系的重要性及搞好这项工作必须解决的基本问题进行了初步的探讨,提出旅游企业在处理内部公共关系时应采用的有效方法。
The rapid development of tourism in the world requires that tourism enterprises attach importance to the construction of internal public relations. Improve the internal public relations should start from the analysis of internal relations of employees, a clear goal, the use of appropriate methods. In this paper, the importance of public relations within enterprises and the basic problems that must be solved to do this work are discussed tentatively, and the effective methods that tourism enterprises should adopt in dealing with internal public relations are put forward.
