随着社会的发展和农村剩余劳动力的增加,许多学生家长选择外出务工,而孩子则因父母监管的空位,出现了诸如学困生的问题。而学困生如果得不到及时的转化,则不仅影响学校的教学,最重要的是将严重影响学生的身心健康和个人发展。学困生问题的成因较为复杂,既有家庭因素,也有学校因素,同时还有社会因素等。笔者运用问卷、访谈、文献以及实地调查等方法对学困生的成因进行了研究。调查结果显示:家长自身文化层次和认识水平局限是家长对子女教育关注程度较低的因素;家长忙于生计无法及时
With the development of society and the increase of rural surplus labor force, many parents choose to go out to work while the children have problems such as being poor students due to the gap of parental supervision. However, if students fail to learn the timely transformation, not only affect the teaching of the school, the most important thing is to seriously affect the physical and mental health and personal development of students. The causes of learning difficulties are more complicated, with family factors, school factors, and social factors. The author uses questionnaires, interviews, literature and field surveys and other methods to study the causes of poor students.
