“六五”时期的五年是保山地区城镇集体工业企业贯彻落实“改革、开放、搞活”的各项经济政策,在休养生息中前进的五年,过去五年中新情况新问题不断出现,企业怎样才能生存发展的问题已逐步为广大干部职工认识和掌握。过去的五年不但为我们打下了本世纪末翻两番的初步基础,而且为争取“七五”计划的实现,积累了重要的经验教训。因此,认真总结“六五”经验,对于开创“七五”时期城镇集体经济的新局面是大有裨益的。“六五”时期的工作回顾及主要经验“六五”期间,保山地区城镇集体工业经济取得了较好的成绩,生产不仅比“五五”时期有提高,而且五年中年年有发展,收到了较好的经济效益和社会效益。1.工业总产值较之“五五”期间有较大增长。“六五”期间共完成工业总产值15.972万元,比“五五”期间增长30%。
