文中对装有零位短路开关的差动变压器式单杆操纵器的原理和结构特性进行了阐述,并给出了实测性能数据以及跟踪精度对比实验情况。该装置采用陀螺框架和颚式归零机构,在高低温、冲击、振动的情况下,操纵特性与归零性能良好。单杆输出三种信号(速度、位移、加速度)迭加而成的两路(方位、俯仰)信号,能同时控制仪器的方位与俯仰运转,对测量仪器,在国内首次实现了单人操纵,跟踪精度达0.7′(均方值),比双人手轮操纵的同类型仪器提高2~3倍,成功的用于两种型号的大型测量仪器上。
In this paper, the principle and structural characteristics of a single-pole differential transformer manipulator with a zero-position short-circuit switch are described, and experimental data of the measured performance and tracking accuracy are given. The device uses the gyro frame and jaw zeroing mechanism, in the high and low temperature, impact, vibration case, the handling characteristics and zero reset performance is good. Single-pole output of three signals (speed, displacement, acceleration) superimposed from the two-way (azimuth, pitch) signal that can simultaneously control the instrument’s azimuth and pitch operation of the measuring instruments, for the first time in the country to achieve a single- Tracking accuracy of 0.7 ’(mean square), compared with the same type of hand-wheel manipulator increased 2 to 3 times, the successful use of two types of large-scale measuring instruments.
