在高速直喷柴油机燃烧系统的匹配工作中,研究测量了静止气体压力容器中燃油喷注的贯穿度。对比现有的各种贯穿度计算方法,发现在喷射开始2ms以后测量值与计算值基本一致。但在1ms左右相差较多,其原因可能是这些计算的准稳态假设存在误差。本文提出一种考虑喷油开始时不稳定因素的计算方法,其中考虑了实际喷油率的变化曲线,由此进行的计算结果与实测值在2ms以内也能很好地符合。
In the matching work of high speed direct injection diesel engine combustion system, the penetration of fuel injection in still gas pressure vessel was measured. Comparing with the existing calculation methods of various penetration, it is found that the measured value and the calculated value are basically the same after 2ms at the beginning of injection. However, there is a big difference between about 1ms, which may be caused by errors in the quasi-stationary assumptions of these calculations. This paper presents a calculation method to consider the instability factor at the beginning of fuel injection, which takes into account the actual fuel injection rate curve, the calculated results and the measured values within 2ms also well meet.
