到了可可西里,不可能不知道可可西里国家级自然保护区管理局局长才嘎,我的可可西里之行与他的热情、他对自然保护区、对藏羚羊的感召力分不开。去年夏天,才嘎局长来北京开会,特意来到家中,诚挚地邀我去可可西里,让我动情。 才嘎,是一位藏族局长,个子很高,很魁梧,多年在高原生活的烙印使他的脸庞呈紫红色,能讲一口词汇丰富和流利的汉语。他从小参军,在部队向汉族战士学习汉语,从班长、排长、连长一级级提升为团长,后来又到南京高级陆军步校深造。那是全军一所很有影响的军校,只有三个藏族学员。当地人称才嘎为“藏精”,意为藏族的精英。他1990年来到地方,当过副县长和县长,1997年青海成立可可西里国家级自然保护区管理局时出
To Hoh Xil, it is impossible not to know the director of the Hoh Xil National Nature Reserve. My visit to Hoh Xil province was not without his enthusiasm. He was inseparable from the nature reserves and the Tibetan antelopes. Last summer, only when Secretary Ga came to Beijing for a meeting and came to my house cordially invited me to go to Hoh Xil and make me feel passionate. Only Ga, is a Tibetan director, tall, very burly, many years of life in the plateau mark his face was purple, speak a rich and fluent Chinese vocabulary. From an early age, he joined the army and learned Chinese in the army from Han soldiers. From the squad leader, platoon leader and company commander, he was promoted to head of a class and later to Nanjing Advanced Army Troops School. That was an influential military academy in the whole army, with only three Tibetan students. Locals call it Ga for “possession of fine,” meaning the Tibetan elite.
