第一节几种新的冷挤压方法为扩大冷挤压的应用范围,出现了一些新的挤压方法,主要有: 一、液压挤压、毛坯金属和模具工作表面间的摩擦对金属的变形均匀性和冷挤压力都有很大影响。为尽可能减少这种摩擦,出现了液压挤压(或液体静力挤压或静液挤压)。如图61所示。由图可知,凹模壁和毛坯之间的摩擦,凸模端面与毛坯之间的摩擦消失了,这样就大大降低了挤压力(据英国国家工程实验室的实验数据,与一般挤压相比,压力下降约40%)
