员工培训是企业培养人才、提高员工素质、增强企业核心竞争力的重要方略。本文基于培训的意义,分析当前企业员工培训存在的问题,提出提高员工培训有效性的具体措施。对于企业来说,员工是其发展的主力军,企业想要在市场竞争中立于不败之地就必须给予并重视员工培训,提升员工素质,进而不断跟随时代发展的步伐,进一步适应社会发展的需要。
Employee training is an important strategy for enterprises to train qualified personnel, improve staff quality and enhance their core competitiveness. Based on the significance of training, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the training of enterprise staff and puts forward specific measures to improve the effectiveness of staff training. For enterprises, employees are the main force of their development. Enterprises want to be invincible in the market competition must be given and attach importance to staff training, enhance the quality of staff, and then continue to follow the pace of development of the times and further adapt to social development need.
