浙江省建立建设资金综合运筹联席会议制度。该会议由省计经委牵头,各专业银行省分行及各省级非银行金融机构参加,目的在于加强全社会建设资金的综合平衡,解决省重点技术改造和基本建设资金运筹中的政策性问题,衔接投资计划与资金供应,做好重点建设项目的信贷资金落实。在最近召开的第一次会议上,与会者就银行固定资产贷款与投资计划衔接的情况进行了交流。
