根据已有实验数据 ,研究了测温点分布对多孔管道加热面温度测量的影响。实验时分别取玻璃和轴承钢颗粒作为构成管道内的多孔介质固体骨架的填充材料 ,水或空气流过其中。考虑了颗粒直径、导热系数和管壁的导热系数及换热系数的影响。当多孔介质固体骨架是由玻璃颗粒构成时 ,无论流体是水还是空气 ,测点位置对管道内壁面温度的测量精度不会产生较大影响 ;但当多孔介质固体骨架是由轴承钢颗粒构成时 ,特别当流体是水时测点位置会对管道内壁温度的测量精度产生较大影响
According to the existing experimental data, the effect of temperature distribution on the temperature measurement of porous pipe heating surface was studied. During the experiment, glass and bearing steel particles were taken as filling material for the solid skeleton of the porous medium in the pipeline through which water or air was flowing. The effects of particle diameter, thermal conductivity and the thermal conductivity and heat transfer coefficient of the pipe wall are considered. When the solid skeleton of porous media consists of glass particles, the location of the measuring point will not have a significant effect on the accuracy of measuring the temperature of the inner wall of the pipeline, no matter whether the fluid is water or air. However, when the solid skeleton of porous media is composed of bearing steel particles , Especially when the fluid is water, the measurement point position will have a greater impact on the measurement accuracy of the pipe wall temperature
