本文首先对目前工程造价管理中单一强调前期管理或单一强调后期管理两种倾向的主要天然不足进行了简析。然后根据2013版工程量清单计价规范新规定,分析了期中工程造价管理的内涵及作用。最后主要根据2013版工程量清单计价规范,提出了强化工程计量管理,强化措施项目费管理,强化索赔管理和签证管理,强化工程计价资料管理和提高信息化管理水平等期中工程造价管理的四项关键点。
This article first analyzes the main natural problems of the current tendency of project cost management, which emphasizes the previous management or the single emphasis on post-management. Then according to the new edition of the 2013 edition of the bill of quantities specification, analysis of the mid-term project cost management connotation and role. Finally, according to the pricing model of the 2013 version of the bill of quantities, four items of project cost management such as strengthening project measurement management, strengthening project fee management, strengthening claims management and visa management, strengthening project pricing data management and improving information management level are proposed key point.
