足球是一项运动性比较强,并且有着技巧性和对抗性特点的运动,对于青少年儿童来说能产生一定的吸引力。大多数的足球运动员都是从小就接触足球,并且经过系统化的训练,从而逐渐成为技术高超并且具有团队合作意识的足球运动员。足球运动对运动员的身体协调性方面要求较高,需要保持良好的协调性才能促使运动效果得到提升。主要对协调性练习在低年龄段足球训练中的作用进行分析,希望为低年龄足球训练提供一些有益的建议和参考。
Football is a relatively athletic and skillful and confrontational sport that can be attractive to young children. Most football players, who have come into contact with football since their childhood and have been systematically trained, have gradually become highly skilled and team-based football players. Football requires a high degree of body coordination of athletes and needs to maintain good coordination in order to promote the effect of sports. Mainly analyzes the role of coordination exercises in football training at low ages, and hopes to provide some useful suggestions and references for low-age football training.
