本文就我国传统粮食流通企业面临现代物流的挑战以及粮食流通业具有发展现代物流得天独厚的条件进了行剖析。提出 :根据我国粮食行业现有生产力水平和形势发展需要 ,宜组建有中国特色的粮食物流配送中心。可采取以下战略步骤 :( 1)以大型粮食批发企业和储运企业为主体 ,以发展现代物流中心和配送中心为目标 ,抓大放小进行资产重组 ;( 2 )组建好物流中心性的省级中心批发市场与市县级现货批发市场 ;( 3 )用现代物流技术改组和提升粮食流通产业 ,建设现代物流配送中心 ;( 4 )加强粮食物流配送中心的规范化与现代化建设
This article analyzes the challenges facing the traditional grain distribution enterprises facing the modern logistics as well as the unique conditions for the development of modern logistics in the grain distribution industry. Proposed: According to the existing level of productivity of grain industry in our country and the development of the situation, we should set up a grain distribution center with Chinese characteristics. The following strategic steps can be taken: (1) Large food wholesale enterprises and storage and transportation enterprises as the mainstay, with the goal of developing modern logistics centers and distribution centers, focusing on small and medium assets reorganization; (2) Constructing logistics-oriented provinces Level wholesale market and county-level spot wholesale market; (3) using modern logistics technology to reorganize and upgrade the grain circulation industry and building a modern logistics distribution center; (4) strengthening the standardization and modernization of the grain logistics distribution center
