《混凝土强度检验评定标准》(GBJ107-87)已于1988年3月1日颁布执行。该标准规定混凝土强度合格性评定采用统计方法进行,将划分混凝土强度级别的混凝土标号改为混凝土强度等级,且对施工配制强度给出了明确的统计概念,对混凝土生产质量水平提出了考核指标和分级规定,对混凝土强度的试验误差给出了度量指标和计算方法等。而以上这些内容的基本概念都基于同一批混凝土强度服从正态分布的假定,所以,在学习和理解GBJ107-87标准时,必然要涉及一些数理统计方面的基本知识;另外,这样的专项标准在我国还是第一次编制,也需要普及介绍和宣传工作及时跟上。为便于广大读者正确理解和贯彻执行这一标准,本刊特约请标准编制者撰写了“有关《混凝土强度检验评定标准》(GBJ107-87)几个问题的意见”一文,就标准中有代表性的问题谈些意见,作些说明,以供贯彻执行时参考。该文有以下三个方面内容:(1)标准GBJ107-87执行后与之有关的标准内容应作相应调整;(2)标准GBJ107-87对混凝土施工配制强度的要求及目前过渡办法;(3)对标准GBJ107-87执行中若干问题的意见。文章分三期刊完。
The “Concrete Strength Inspection and Evaluation Standard” (GBJ107-87) was promulgated and implemented on March 1, 1988. The standard stipulates that the assessment of conformity of concrete strength shall be carried out by statistical methods. Concrete markings that classify concrete strength levels shall be changed to concrete strength grades, and a clear statistical concept shall be given for the strength of construction preparation. The assessment indicators shall be set for the concrete production quality level. The grading regulations provide measurement indicators and calculation methods for the experimental error of concrete strength. The basic concept of these contents is based on the assumption that the same batch of concrete strength obeys the normal distribution. Therefore, when learning and understanding the GBJ107-87 standard, it is necessary to involve some basic knowledge in mathematical statistics; in addition, such special standards are in China. For the first time, the introduction and publicity work needed to be kept up to date. In order to make it easier for readers to correctly understand and implement this standard, the publication specially invited standard compilers to write a paper entitled “Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Concrete Strength” (GBJ107-87), which is representative of the standards. Talk about some of the issues and make some explanations for reference during implementation. The article has the following three aspects: (1) The standard contents related to the implementation of standard GBJ107-87 should be adjusted accordingly; (2) the requirements of standard GBJ107-87 for the strength of concrete construction preparation and the current transitional measures; (3) ) Opinions on several issues in the implementation of the standard GBJ107-87. The article was divided into three periodicals.
