本文观察与分析了25只杂交成犬用油酸所引起的RDS的病理改变,并比较了东莨菪碱与地塞米松的实验治疗效果。初步看出用油酸复制犬RDS模型是可行的。地塞米松的消炎与消水肿的效果较东莨菪碱为好。
In this paper, we observed and analyzed the pathological changes of RDS caused by oleic acid in 25 hybridized dogs and compared the curative effect of scopolamine and dexamethasone. It is feasible to copy the dog RDS model with oleic acid. Dexamethasone anti-inflammatory and anti-edema than scopolamine better.
