甘糖酯(MS_(871))是青岛海洋大学海洋药物及食品研究所在 PSS 的基础上新研制的一种海洋药物,属低分子量的类肝素药。我们的实验巳观察到 MS_(871)可有效地防止高脂饲料喂养的大鼠及鹌鹑血清 TC 水平的升高,并使动物血清中的 HDL/TC 比值升高。本文主要观察MS_(871)对正常及高脂血症大鼠血栓形成的影响。
Glyceryl ester (MS_ (871)) is a marine drug newly developed on the basis of PSS by the Marine Medicine and Food Research Institute of Qingdao Ocean University. It is a low molecular weight heparinoid drug. Our experiments have observed that MS_ (871) is effective in preventing elevated serum TC levels in high-fat diet-fed rats and quails and in raising the serum HDL / TC ratio in animals. This article mainly observed MS_ (871) on the thrombosis of normal and hyperlipidemic rats.
