用硫酸-苯酚比色法,采用正交试验优化显色条件,测定了四川省蒲江县6个柑橘品种果实果皮中多糖含量。结果表明,在果实发育期,果皮中多糖含量逐渐增加,12月中旬至1月中旬多糖含量积累趋于稳定;在当地柑橘上市时间,蜜园30、天草2号果皮中多糖含量最高,均高于27%,可分别在11月中旬、12月中旬采收;椪柑12月中旬采收时果皮中多糖含量为24.46%;砂蜜橘在11月中旬采收,蜜橘、天草1号在12月中旬采收,果皮中多糖含量均等于或小于22.90%,可最大化地利用柑橘果皮资源。
By using sulfuric acid - phenol colorimetric method, orthogonal test was used to optimize the color condition to determine the content of polysaccharides in the peel of 6 citrus varieties in Pujiang County, Sichuan Province. The results showed that during the fruit development period, the content of polysaccharides in peel gradually increased, and the accumulation of polysaccharides stabilized from mid December to the middle of January. At the time of local citrus listing, the content of polysaccharides in the peel of Meiyuan 30 and Amakusa No.2 was the highest At mid-November and mid-December respectively, the content of polysaccharides was 24.46% in mid-December of harvesting, while that of honey-tangerine and Amakusa-1 at 12 Harvested mid-month, the peel polysaccharide content equal to or less than 22.90%, to maximize the use of citrus peel resources.
