血流图仪是检查颅内、肢体及有关脏器血液循环情况及血管功能状态的一种新型电子仪器,对脑血管病变尤能提供比较客观的诊断依据,近年来已普遍用于临床。但某些国产血流图仪没有描记功能,并且都是单导联转换装置,用作双侧额-乳突、双侧枕-乳突导联,操作不便,既延长了检查时间,又不利于双侧血流图对比。鉴于以上情况,我院对XL-I型和XLJ-73型血流图仪输入部分的导联转换装置进行了改进。改进方法如图所示。在原输入孔位置加装一只四掷四刀波段开关和一只五芯插座,接上心电图机用的五芯导联一根即可。如作
