随着社会经济的迅速发展,人们生活水平的提高,孩子也越来越聪明了。但由于自身、家庭、社会等因素的影响,有极少学生基础知识薄弱,对数学不感兴趣,消极应付,学习失去自信心,习惯差,破罐子破摔。随着年级的增长,导致他们心理承受能力受阻,坏习气愈演愈烈,个别的学生甚至产生逆反心理。对这样的学生,如果不及时采取措施,加以补救,他们就会厌学、甚至逃学。学生出现不同程度的心理障碍是比较正常的现象,而帮助他们树立自尊、自信,转变心态,获得积极自我的学习动力,是教师义不容辞的责任。从用爱心感化、激发兴趣、分层布置作业三方面浅谈一下后进生的转化。
