为了拓宽光电导体的光谱响应范围 ,采用二元共混方法 ,以双偶氮颜料和酞菁氧钒颜料作为光生载流子产生层 ,以二乙氨基苯甲醛二苯腙作为载流子空穴传输层 ,制备功能分离型双层光电导体。研究结果显示 :在偶氮∶酞菁氧钒 =4∶6~ 6∶4范围 ,光电导体在可见光和近红外 (4 50~ 810nm )都显示良好的光敏性 ;在偶氮 :酞菁氧钒 =3∶7~ 1∶9范围 ,光电导体在近红外的光敏性能优于纯的酞菁氧钒。
In order to broaden the spectral response range of the photoconductor, a binary blending method was used, in which disazo pigments and vanadyl phthalocyanine pigments were used as photogenerated carrier generating layers, and diethylaminobenzaldehyde diphenylhydrazone was used as carrier hole Transport layer, the preparation of functional separation of double-layer photoconductor. The results show that the photoconductor shows good photosensitivity in both visible and near infrared (4 50 ~ 810 nm) in the range of azo: vanadyl phthalocyanine = 4: 6 ~ 6: 4. In azo: vanadyl phthalocyanine = 3: 7 ~ 1: 9, the photoconductor has better near-infrared photosensitivity than pure vanadyl phthalocyanine.
