21—4N整体气门小瑞焊一段可淬硬的马氏体钢片,该焊接方法称之为凸焊[1]。采用这种焊接方法不仅生产率高,而且比喷焊合金粉末便宜得多,更不会产生气孔,特别适用于大批量生产。但由于这种工艺需要控制的参数较多,国内研究较少,因而至今仍属一项空白。 我们在研究气门杆端硬化的几种方案中,对杆端焊接马氏体钢片工艺进行了一段时间的的探索,获得初步成功。采用这种焊接方法的气门已通过300小的全负荷台架试验,目前正在作装车道路考核,至今运行4万多公里,气门仍在继续使用,说明焊接质量是可靠的。
21-4N whole valve Rui small welding can be hardened martensitic steel, the welding method is called convex welding [1]. Using this method of welding not only high productivity, but also much cheaper than the spray-alloy powder, but will not produce pores, especially for mass production. However, due to the large number of parameters that need to be controlled by this process and few domestic researches, it is still a blank. In the study of several aspects of the valve rod end hardening, we conducted a period of exploration on the rod end welded martensitic steel sheet, with initial success. The valve with this welding method has passed the test of 300 small full-load gantry and is currently being loaded on the road test. It has operated more than 40,000 km and the valve is still in use, indicating that the welding quality is reliable.
