对于转台式喷丸设备散落铁丸的收集方法,按国内外资料介貂及国内各兄弟厂惯常采用的,多系在转台下设计一斜壁漏斗,用螺旋轮送器将铁丸输送至斗式提升机,予以回收。但这样设计往往致使转台下地坑深达2米左右,这对地下水位较高的地区,给施工与防水工作带来了一定的困难。铁丸回收,若采用螺旋输送器,不仅造价较高,而且经常卡死,运转不灵,或磨损甚大,维护不便。一九六三年,我厂在设计喷丸设备时,接受了各兄弟厂的经验教训,本着勤俭节约的精神,采用了在转台的四周,焊接有六支刮板来收集铁丸的方案。其布置如图1所示。六支刮板均匀分布焊接于转台2的下平面。在工作时,转台间歇迴转,带动刮板1也沿着凹槽4运转。这样,
