一、工作原理电脉冲机床主要用来加工锻模、冷铸铁模、冷冲模的型腔或者加工高硬度形状复杂的金属工件。电脉冲机床主轴头进给控制装置的工作原理如图1所示。由工作泵供给的压力恒定的油分两路进入控制装置。一路进入活塞缸上室,一路通过节流孔后又分成上下两路,上路流向喷咀,下路流入活塞缸下室。当喷油咀被喷咀挡板(以下简称挡板)堵死时,二路油压相同,即活塞缸上下室油压相同,但由于下室的活塞面积比上室的活塞面积大一倍,而活塞是固定的,故活塞缸受力向下移动。
