To inhibit the production of non-cellular superoxide anion and hydroxyl free radicals as a method to study the antioxidant activity of propolis. The results showed that propolis can effectively remove O- · 2 and · OH radicals generated outside the body and show a dose-effect relationship, suggesting that propolis may be a good raw material for the manufacture of antioxidant health food
