各位代表:现在我代表省人民检察院向大会报告工作,请予审议,并请省政协各位委员和列席会议的同志提出意见。2011年,全省检察机关在省委和最高人民检察院的领导下,在省人大及其常委会的监督下,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,紧紧围绕我省“十二五”规划提出的目标任务,深化三项重点工作,认真贯彻省人大常委会《关于加强检察机关法律监督工作的决定》,不断强化法律监督、强化自身监督、强化队伍建设,各项工作取得新的进展。
Distinguished Delegates: Now I, on behalf of the Provincial People’s Procuratorate, report to the General Assembly for consideration. Members of the CPPCC and comrades present at the meeting are invited to submit their views. In 2011, under the leadership of the provincial party committee and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, under the supervision of the provincial people’s congress and its standing committee, the procuratorial organs throughout the province have thoroughly implemented the scientific concept of development and put their proposals around the “12th Five-Year Plan” of our province . We will deepen the three key tasks and conscientiously implement the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress on Strengthening Legal Supervision by the Procuratorial Office. We will continue to strengthen legal supervision, strengthen our own oversight and strengthen team building. We will make new progress in all our work.
