目的探讨微柱凝胶技术(MGT)在新生儿溶血病(HDN)中的应用。方法采用微柱凝胶试验技术对133例疑为HDN的患儿进行检测。包括:直抗试验,游离试验,放散试验。结果用MGT检测HDN患儿107例,阳性率为80.45%。其中,母—患儿血型为O-A者56例,占82.35%;O-B者51例,占78.46%。2组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.0,P>0.05)。结论该法具有操作简单、方便、标本用量少、结果易判定、敏感性高和特异性强的优点,结果可靠。可为HDN提供可靠诊断依据,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of microcolumn gel technique (MGT) in neonatal hemolytic disease (HDN). Methods The microcolumn gel test technique was used to detect 133 children with suspected HDN. Including: direct anti-test, free test, discharge test. Results 107 patients with HDN were detected by MGT, the positive rate was 80.45%. Among them, the blood type of mother-child was O-A in 56 cases, accounting for 82.35%; O-B in 51 cases, accounting for 78.46%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 1.0, P> 0.05). Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, convenient, less amount of samples, easy to determine the results, high sensitivity and specificity, the results are reliable. HDN can provide a reliable basis for diagnosis, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
