换向器铜排的磨损大小决定着直流电机的使用寿命。这一问题的解决,有助于节约铜材,缩短停机检修时间和增强出口电机的竞争能力。为了促进这一问题的解决,本文参考国外文献,提出首先须掌握电刷—换向器铜排的导电与磨损机理。其次必须设计一台快速磨损试验机。用此试验机,对研制的高强度、高导电铜排材料,在不同成分和加工热处理条件下,进行对比试验,筛选出最佳品种。前后两者相互结合,估计可将铜排使用寿命从现有水平提高3~5倍。
Commutator copper wear determines the size of the DC motor life. The solution to this problem is to save on copper, reduce downtime and increase the competitiveness of export motor. In order to promote the solution of this problem, this paper refers to foreign literature, first proposed to grasp the brush - commutator copper conduction and wear mechanism. Second, we must design a rapid wear testing machine. With this testing machine, the developed high-strength, high-conductivity copper row material, under different composition and processing heat treatment conditions, comparative tests to screen out the best varieties. Before and after the combination of the two, it is estimated that the service life of copper can be increased from the current level of 3 to 5 times.
