魏拯民(1909—1941) 原名关有维。山西屯留人。1926年加入中国共产主义青年团,1927年1月加入中国共产党。1930年被党组织派入安阳军校学军事。九一八事变后,被派往东北工作。1932年夏任中共哈尔滨市道外区委书记,不久任中共哈尔滨市委书记。发动和组织群众进行抗日斗争。1934年冬任中共东满特委书记。1935年5月成立东北革命军第二军,任军政治委员。不久被派赴苏联听取共产国际七大精神。1936年2月在宁安湖头传达共产国际七大精神。3月部队改称东北抗日联军第二军,仍任军政治委员。后率第二军一部向南满远征,会师杨靖宇部。6月抗联第一、第二军合编为东北抗日联军第一路军,任政治委员。成立中共东南满省委,任书记。1937年率领部队转战蒙江、金川、桦甸地区进行抗日游击战争。1938年5月主持召开老岭会议,决定第一路军混编成三个方面军,向东部山区转移。1939年率第三方面军战斗在镜泊湖地区。1940年2月杨靖宇牺牲后,接替指挥第一路军。同年秋末,因病情恶化休养。1941年3月8日在桦甸夹皮沟三道河子病逝。
